Wild Beasts of the North (2 days) is an excursion for lovers of beautiful landscapes, charming beaches and wild coastlines. A wonderful expedition that will take you in a comfortable rhythm to the The most beautiful corners of the northern Dominican Republic.
Depart Puerto Plata after breakfast, drive approx. 2 hours to the first attraction - Gri Gri Lagoons. Short cruise through mangroves Along the canal that connects the natural harbor to the ocean. After breakfast, we will head to the main beach of Las Galeras. There, at the marina, we will board a private motorboat and we will set off in spectacular cruise After the most beautiful beaches of Samana! We will visit 4 beaches: Fronton, Madame, Playita and Rincon. On each there will be some time for relaxation, swimming, walking and wonderful photos. This part of the tour will take about 4-5 hours in total. For the second part of the day you can choose 1 of 3 options:
OPTION 1: ZIPLINE OVER JUNGLE + EL VALLE BEACH: Excellent, quite niche attraction, which few visitors reach! As far as 12 slides on ropes suspended over rainforest. OPTION 3: "BRIDGE TO NOWHERE" IN SAMANA + LAS TERRENAS: In the town of Samana we will visit the Malecon Boulevard and the enigmatic "Bridge to Nowhere." Then we'll drive along a scenic road through the interior of the peninsula to its northern coast, where we'll stop in the town of Las Terrenas, famous for its charming beaches and pleasant oceanfront bars and restaurants - we recommend the passion fruit mojito here 😉 .
OPTION 4: LOS COCOS WATERFALL ON FOOT + "BRIDGE TO NOWHERE" IN SAMANA: Stop at the Malecon in the town of Samana and stroll along the legendary "Bridge to Nowhere" connecting the coastal islets. Then a walk through banana and cocoa groves and tropical forest surrounding Los Cocos Waterfall. Under the cascade, time for photos and a swim 🙂
