We invite you to learn more about colonial capital Dominican Republic! Santo Domingo has most monuments in the entire Dominican Republic. In addition to buildings dating back to the 16th century, local attractions include. Caribbean Sea boulevard, cenotes, or a cable car. The capital is also a great opportunity to do souvenir shopping

We will start the tour early morning - we will prepare for you breakfast picnics, and on the route we will also make ourselves coffee stop. The drive will take about 3.5 hours, during which we will introduce you a little closer to the history of the island and its colonization;

Upon reaching the capital, we will relax after the journey by admiring the lovely wonder of nature. cenotes Los Tres Ojos. These are azure lakes in limestone rocks, surrounded by tropical vegetation....  Raft deep into the cave to the surprise lake included!..

A piece further on we will see a somewhat absurd, colossal monument in honor of Columbus. Some believe it is located here The grave of this well-known explorer, and we let us introduce you to more on this topic 🙂

Then our BONUS: a ride on a modern By cable car! It will allow us to see the city from a new and somewhat shocking perspective of the poor neighborhoods along the Ozama River and its old riverbed.

Finally we will know Dominican Republic's most colonial old town, explore its backstreets while walk admiring major sights. We will walk along the route of the so-called. "ciudad Ovandina", or trail of buildings from the time of Santo Domingo's first governor, Nicalas de Ovando. Included admission to the cathedral. Not far from the main square we will eat a tasty Dominican dinner (included in the price along with a drink).
