Hurricane Elsa caused Rainbow to withdraw from a trip to Samana. It was a trip we had been looking forward to for a long time and they unscrupulously cancelled two days before we left for Poland... more opinions They spoiled our plans. Fortunately, thanks to Diana, the very next day we had the opportunity to see beautiful places on Saman. Due to the hurricane, it was not possible to see the peninsula from the ocean side (which we reckoned with before buying the tour), but we visited other places that were not in the plan, and at a price much 20% lower than in Rainbow.
