Encouraged by positive reviews about 3 weeks before our trip to the Dominican Republic, we booked a trip to Samana Haities (seats for two people). The tour unfortunately did not take place, I understand, it happens.... However, I was disappointed by the fact... more opinions customer contact. We found out about the canceled tour on Friday, two days before the tour itself. We found out after my contact, when I asked if everything was going as planned and what time we could expect to be collected and picked up from under the hotel. Due to the fact that the trip to the Dominican Republic was our honeymoon, we were very keen on the extra excursion. So I asked if it would be possible to offer us something in return in the next two days. I received a message that we would be informed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, two more days passed, there was no contact from Pepino Polaco. It was only after a message on Sunday again from my side that we had been left without an answer that I learned that the next tour would be on Tuesday.... In the end, we used a competitor's tour and returned from the Dominican Republic with smiles on our faces, but a slight distaste remained. Greetings!

I recommend wholeheartedly! Why? Because no travel agency will guarantee you such an intimate tour in a familiar setting. I can't stand in tours full coach, constantly counting people, rigid program, boring... more opinions historical stories. With Diana you will get to know the real Dominican Republic, you will complete the program, but if swimming in the sea was not planned at the end of the tour, but you feel like it, go ahead! poor organization and contact, guides if they were, unfortunately, did not work at all. they seemed to do their business on the occasion. A local driver tried to save the situation. We were on two trips in February. Me and son 14 years old . Bacardi combined with Whales , all sensational and the whales were , then pretty much private waterfalls and... more opinions Horseback riding - revelation wild beaches full freedom of riding thanks to horse friends ! We felt wonderfully taken care of ! Including the fact that we had a medical case on the way - fainted one of the participants , suspected stroke , the organizer immediately responded , found a hospital doctor and we were even chased by an ambulance , everything was taken care of at once , the patient survived 😉 , the tour continued without any reservations . The best part of our stay in the Dominican Republic was the time we spent exploring this fascinating country with Diana and Antonio! We started our week-long stay at the Playa Bachata hotel.... more opinions We set our sights on relaxation, but still wanted to explore this fascinating country. We went on a tour organized by a travel agency, through which we got to the hotel. It was Ok. And that's as much as can be written about this trip. If you are satisfied with the squeeze in the bus, the multitude of people, the constant waiting for the other participants of the trip, then Ok-this is something for you. But if you want to feel the real Dominican Republic, in a small group, see the most interesting places and learn the country's innermost secrets, combining all this with a fantastic atmosphere, comfort, tranquility, then you must choose Pepino Polaco! What Diana and Anthony wooed us with is beyond anything we could have imagined on organized tours! We spent the entire trip in a comfortable, air-conditioned car. From the very beginning, a bond was formed in our group, thanks to which our organizers created a plan tailored to our needs, making the whole trip MEGA comfortable! I would like to emphasize that we drove more than 500km one way and it was pure pleasure! Along the way, of course, Diana touched on all sorts of interesting threads, the history of the nation, local life and customs, and a multitude of information on all sorts of architecture and landscape.
